Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms · 条款接受

By accessing or using SkillSwipe ("Service") operated by 芯想(深圳)控股有限公司(USCC 91440300MA5G4UD231, "Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
您访问或使用由芯想(深圳)控股有限公司(统一社会信用代码 91440300MA5G4UD231,"公司"、"我们")运营的 SkillSwipe ("服务"),即表示同意受本服务条款约束。若不同意,请勿使用本服务。

2. Eligibility · 使用资格

  • You must be at least 16 years old (14 for Mainland China users)
  • 您必须年满 16 周岁(中国大陆用户须年满 14 周岁)
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
  • 您必须在所在司法管辖区具有订立有约束力合同的法律能力
  • You must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law
  • 您使用本服务不得违反适用法律

3. Accounts · 账户

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@skillswipe.cn. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content · 用户内容

You retain ownership of content you upload (profiles, job posts, messages). By uploading, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

您保留上传内容的所有权。上传即授予我们 全球、免版税、非独占的许可,仅用于提供本服务。

5. Prohibited conduct · 禁止行为

  • Posting fraudulent, misleading, or discriminatory job listings
  • 发布虚假、误导或歧视性职位信息
  • Scraping, reverse-engineering, or otherwise bypassing technical restrictions
  • 抓取、逆向工程或绕过技术限制
  • Harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
  • 骚扰、仇恨言论或非法内容
  • Uploading malware or attempting to gain unauthorized access
  • 上传恶意软件或试图未授权访问

6. Payment · 付款

Employer subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Where enabled, payments are processed by licensed payment partners. Until each merchant integration is live, billing and invoicing may be handled through the currently available SkillSwipe billing flow and customer support process. Refunds are handled case-by-case for service failures under our SLA. Consumer protection rights under applicable law are preserved.

7. Intellectual Property · 知识产权

The SkillSwipe brand, logo, design system, and codebase are owned by 芯想(深圳)控股有限公司. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part without prior written consent.

8. Termination · 终止

You may close your account at any time via /app/settings. We may suspend or terminate service for material breach, with prior notice where practicable. Data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties · 免责声明

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as required by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or result in any specific job / hiring outcome.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution · 适用法律

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration at the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) under its rules. EU consumers retain mandatory rights under EU law.
本条款适用中华人民共和国法律,不考虑法律冲突原则。任何争议应提交深圳国际仲裁院(SCIA) 按其规则仲裁解决。欧盟消费者保留欧盟法律项下的强制性权利。
