How do I upgrade today?

Use the in-app billing surface first. Where self-serve checkout is not yet active, our sales or operations team completes the upgrade path without changing the entitlement contract shown in product.

How do I request a fapiao?

After entering a billed cycle, go to Billing → Fapiao and submit company name plus tax ID. Finance issues electronic fapiao within 3–5 business days. For paper or special handling, contact sales.

What does annual billing save?

Approved annual pricing stays around two months free versus monthly billing. Enterprise volume discounts are negotiated separately.
